Extensions in Opera

On October 22, 2010 the Opera Software company provided to developers the alpha version of Opera 11 promised earlier with support of extensions. The new extensions are based on the W3C Widgets specification and are mini-applications written in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and enhanced with new browser APIs. All currently available documentation on extensions, articles and examples are collected in a post on Opera.Labs.
