Menu preparation for layout, my wishes

My wishes regarding the preparation for website design layout in Photoshop.

Menu.

All menu items should be displayed in three or four states, depending on the task, for example:

Normal state, but we are on the "About" page (current_one)

Normal state of the menu (menu)

Current for all pages, this is necessary if the menu is an image (current_all)

Mouse hover state

How to position it in Photoshop

All items are under each other, and if, for example, I turn off "current_one" I will see "menu" immediately below it.

It is not necessary to sign as I wrote, it is important to display it in all states.
In the picture above in Photoshop, I made everything a general picture (menu or hover there), well, I think it’s clear that everything should be separate, text, markers or buttons.
